•Prawns 300 g
•2 Large Eggs
•Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
•Corn flour 4 tbsp
•Salt to taste
•Black pepper 1/4 tsp (crushed)
•1 Capsicum (long-cut)
•Oil for frying
•Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
•Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
1. First take prawns and cut them vertically. After that keep them aside and sprinkle some dry flour on them.
2. Then take a bowl and whisked the eggs. Add corn flour, whole wheat flour, black pepper and salt. Mix it well and make a mixture.
3. Make it sure that mixture should not be too thick or thin.
4. Cut the capsicum and tomatoes vertically.
