An extreme extent of habit is an addiction. A person loses his control in addiction. He cannot control it. If a person restrains himself from the addiction he is doing, it can have negative effects on the psychological and physical state of the body. It affects the memory, ability, and ability to make the decisions of a person who is addicted. If a body gets deteriorate from the addiction, it can cause the death of a person.
