1- Pizza pasta baked:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon of any oil

7 ounce sausage

1 small can tomato sauce

7 ounces pasta

Salt and black pepper powder, to taste

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Parsley leaves, for garnishing

1/4 teaspoon grind garlic

1/2 teaspoon basil powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano powder

Direction:

-Heat oil in an ovenproof pan over medium flame.

– Add sausage and leave until light brown.

-Then add tomato sauce, basil, and garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper, pasta and 2 cups water.

-Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.

-Then add mozzarella cheese on it.

-Put it into the oven, until cheese malt.

-Garnish parsley leaves and serve it.

2- White sauce pasta:

Flour 3 tablespoon

Milk 1 liter

Butter 3 tablespoon

Pasta 500 grams

Chicken half kg

Green chili 2-3

Garlic powder 1 tablespoon

Olive oil half cup

-Add pasta to boiling water.

– Add chicken, flour, garlic, milk, cumin, green chilli and red chilli.

-Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.

-Then add pasta and mix them well.

Ingredients:

Pasta 250 grams

1 cup broccoli

3 cloves of chopped garlic

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoon of olive oil

1/2 cup cheese

Direction:

-Take a large saucepan of salted water. Let it boil.

-Add pasta and broccoli at the same time. Leave it until pasta softened.

– Take one cup of boil water aside, then drain broccoli and pasta.

-Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium flame.

– Add chopped garlic, leave until golden.

-Then add pasta, broccoli, salt and pepper to taste, mix them well.

1 small onion

1 tablespoon sugar

Pasta 250 gram

2 tablespoon olive oil

-Heat a oil in a saucepan over medium flame.

– Add garlic and onion. Leave it until golden.

– Then add 2 cups water, tomatoes, salt, and sugar, covered, and let tomatoes boil.

– Take a large saucepan of salted water. Let it boil.

– Then add pasta to boiling water. Leave it until pasta softened.

– Drain water from the pasta.

-After that, add pasta to the tomato sauce, mix them well. Serve in a bowl.
