Monday:-

Breakfast:  2 scrambled eggs

1 toasted wholemeal slice

1 tablespoon low sugar tomato sauce

11 am snack: 2 tablespoons low-sugar peanut butter on a whole-wheat cracker

Lunch:  200 g chicken breast

2 handful rocket

2 medium tomatoes sliced

3 pm snack: 3 bite-sized cheese portions of 50 g

Dinner: Steak medium portion

Some onions with red peppers baked in olive oil

Tuesday:-

Breakfast: High fibre cereal (40 g) with skimmed milk

1 medium banana

11 am snack: Any medium-sized fruit like apple, banana or orange

Lunch: 1 tin baked beans (reduced sugar)

2 slice wholemeal toast

3 pm snack: Any high protein cereal bar

Dinner: 1 wrap wholemeal

Chicken or turkey breast (400 g) with sliced cumber or pepper

Wednesday:-

Breakfast: 1 sliced wholemeal toast

2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter on 1 medium sliced banana

11 am snack: Fruit snack pot or any other medium fruit

Lunch: 1 medium potato

1 small tin of tuna with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, watercress and black pepper

3 pm snack: Carrot batons with individual snack pot

Dinner: 300 g baked chicken

A handful of raw spinach dressed with olive oil

Thursday:-

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs

1 slice wholemeal toast

250 ml fresh orange juice

11 am snack: 2 tablespoons of reduced-fat peanut

butter on a whole-wheat cracker

Lunch: 200 g chicken breast

fresh egg noodles with stirred vegetables

3 pm snack: Hazelnuts or Brazil nuts (handfuls)

Dinner: 200 g minced beef with tomato sauce or basil sauce

A small portion of wholewheat spaghetti

Friday:-

Breakfast: High fibre cereal (40 g) with skimmed milk

1 medium banana

11 am snack: Medium piece pf fruit like apple or orange

Lunch: 200 g chicken breast combined with 2

handful rocket in 1 medium wholemeal pitta

3 pm snack: 3 bite-sized soft cheese portions of 50 g

Dinner: 250 g grilled salmon, broccoli and carrots

3 tablespoons brown rice

Saturday:-

Breakfast:  1 wholewheat bagel

1 tablespoon soft cheese

1 portion of fruit

11 am snack: 1 cup of organic yoghurt

Lunch: 200 g refined beans

1 wholemeal wrap salsa

1 cup of romaine lettuce

3 pm snack: High protein meal replacement bar

Dinner: 200 g chicken breast stir-fried with

beansprouts and mangetout in a soy sauce

Sunday:-

Breakfast: Organic yoghurt portion

1 slice wholemeal toast

11 am snack: 1 banana or fruit snack pot

Lunch: 1 slice of cheddar cheese grilled on 1 slice

wholemeal toast with tomato slices

3 pm snack: Carrot batons with individual houmous snack pot

Dinner: Beef burger wrap in ice-berg lettuce leaves

with 1 slice cheddar cheese and thinly sliced tomato
