Cereal With Milk And Orange Juice:

Two High Proteins:

Combinations containing two high protein sources should not be eaten like surf and turf or bacon and eggs. This fills up the digestive system. And, a meal takes a long time to digest. Eat your meal in courses. Take light protein first and heavy protein like meat later.
